I ordered a meal from Foodpanda yesterday night from a nearby restaurant. During the order it showed me 35 mins for delivery.
The order came after almost 1 hour and when I opened the order there were few things missing.
I ordered thru foodpanda after a long time and had been using Swiggy mostly. When I checked foodpanda website - there is no customer care number and their chat feature doesn't work. I had no other way to contact and fix the order at that point.
There is an email id and I sent an email about the quality of the service. Received an auto-generated email that they would get back in 8 hrs.its been almost 16 hours but still no calls from foodpanda.
I had a similar case with Swiggy a month back, however when I called their customer care, they had redelivered the missing items promptly without any delivery charge.
Swiggy's delivery charge is little higher than foodpanda but I would still go with Swiggy after this experience with foodpanda.
