FloMattress is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have purchased a mattress on 23 May 2023, as mentioned by flo mattress it will be delivered within 10 days. I was in need to get that mattress as soon as possible.
Thus I was connected with the team from 25 May 2023 to dispatch my order, on call I approach them daily and waited for 30 min to connect to customer service team, but on daily basis they give proper assurance to dispatch my order within 48 hr.
At last I decided to cancel my order on 1 June 2023 because till 1st June it was not even dispatched from there end.
Now It's 11 June 2023
I am waiting for my refund amount.
On daily basis customer service team ask me to remind them about my refund.
So guys this was the worst experience for me and many other people with flo mattress. Don't believe in these type of companies and never buy anything from them now.
