I am a regular customer of Flipkart. It was a very good site earlier but now it has lost it's best site tag.
Products - Their products are not worth the price we are paying now as a lot of sellers have joined in and have lower quality of non-branded products with them.
Site Design - Site design is good and I like the layout. They could probably add a few more filters to make browsing easy.
Mobile app of flipkart is good and has a'Ping' feature to ask friends' views before buying.
Customer care - I had to chase them for my refund of a return once. Otherwise they have been really supportive.
Delivery is always on time because they give a very delayed date.
Overall, because of fewer e-commerce giants, I will still recommend this site. Hope they will improve further otherwise, like everyone says, it will become a flopkart.
