Flipkart has been around since a long time. They have won the customer trust. But recently I felt their place has been taken by amazon.
Amazon service is better than flipkart. They respond and help much faster than flipkart. Flipkart website and application are good and user friendly. it is easy to find any product. Search in flipkart is also very responsive. But if they can improve their customer service then it will be nice.
