Flipkart is a safe online shopping site. I purchase a samsung mobile from Flipkart in few days I get it but when I open packed box I get mobile phone but it was duplicate. I submited a complaint to flipkart that this is the duplicate phone and flipkart take action on my complained send me new phone that was original. In this all transaction I found flipkart is safe but the problem in in sender of this phone.
