I have many bad experiences from flipkart,
I have ordered a mobile previously in wich they delivered a faulty product i.e loose charger pin , then after six months my phone got a scratch on screen that to because of the service centre people break my gorilla glass for checking the charging pin slot, later on I want to exchange this mobile with a new mobile in flipkart , but the flipkart executive refused the order by mentioning a default productt, as the screen has a litle scratch, they can deliver a faulty product but they cant take even a small scratch mobile,
