Customer Service is very good, I have refunded one or two items and both the time customer service support has been good, they receive the call and answer all the questions.
Product quality is always as it is shown on the website.
Delivery is done through ekart services of Flipkart which is awesome.,.i always got my product before the delivery date so kudos to delivery.
Apps and websites are very handy and updated time to time, there are no crashes and apps runs smoothly.
Flipkart is very much reliable and never misguided in my experience.it is such big consumer benefit brand,very reliable.
