When flipkart was launched in India they used to just sell books only later they started selling other categories like mobile, clothes and etc.I think electronic is most popular among other category.
I used to shop flipkart twice a month before but now I avoid flipkart now and shop from amazon.in as they provide better service than flipkart.
Even now days I am hearing from everyone that there return policy getting worst day by day as they are not returning or replacing products easily specially mobile phones when they were new they does not used to asked any question but now days they ask lot of question to there customer and even they cancel return request as I heard by my friends.I hope in future they will improve there service.
