Hey guys, few montgs back I ordered a shirt from flipkart the description and image was good but when I get the product, the quality was like roadside then I return the product and uninstall the app.
Customer service- Customer service is Ok but little late, sometimes their logistic partner are really rude.
Product quality- As per my experience the apparel quality are bad, electronics are good but I have faced a bad experience so I didn't shop their anymore.
Delivery Time- Sometime delivery comes on time sometime not, I can't totally blame them because their logistic partner are also responsible for that but flipkart have to take care of this issue.
App/website- App/ Website are good by their interface.
