Worst service.
Bought https://flipkart.com/marshall-wobur…/p/itm822c7c347516e…
And this package was delivered with the WARRANTY SEAL VOIDED(Torn/nroken) on 23rd Jun 2020. the same day complaint was given to FLIPKART.
I just get a message 25th that return rejected.
This is a flipkart assured product which means it goes through 6 QUALITY CHECKS?
Do you guys know what that means?
Flipkart is cheating customers - provided electronics good which are either bogus or used and then not providing them with a return option.
I was told someone from Flipkart will call me to help me - but no call - just a update on website saying product cannot be returned.
Pathetic - not expected form a reputed company like Flipkart.
Horrible!
I am taking action with consumer forum for deficiency in service and cheating.
