Recently I purchased mobile phone, unfortunately the instant discount is not applied properly. For that I called customer support, and compliant about the issue, but she didn't understand the issue. I asked her to connect her supervisor, and she transferred the call to her boss and he understood my issue clearly and redirected to his tech team. They reviewed my issue and refunded the eligible cashback my account within a week time.
I appreciated the Flipkart support, its very wonderful support.
