The customer care support is really Bad. I had taken the subscription in May and Its June and the material for the course hasnt arrived till now. There have been multiple emails shared but they went unanswered.
These guys take the whole money in advance and when I asked for the refund, there is no reply from them.
So now the situation is that neither they are sending the material and not even answering for the refund email.
Seriously recommend, thinking twice before enrolling your kid. I would recommend better, put your child in a nearby pre-school.
