I am using fiverr since a year and my experience was very bad.
Service & Support-
Fiverr service & supports is really very horrible as many times to get connected with their supports team and cutsomer care or chat support team but it could not be possible and finally I had to visit FAQ and also requested to advise another seller. So their customer support is very bad which they meed to improve first.
Information Depth & Contents-
Yes, Fiverr.com provided most of the information in depth and but only contents and information is not enough as they need to focus on the service and support team and they required to follow the visitor to help but they haven't
About the homepage of fiverr, fiverr listed all seller services and buyer can directly buy the services frpm homepage.
User Friendly & Time to load-
It's a user friendly and never take time to load .
I have listed my service since more then 6months to create gigs but there was no response no buyer
