This is my friends personal experiance he gone to fitness one group. but he jus step back within one month jus because the trainee was not good at all. I mean he has a perfect physical growth he knows everything but the problem was he didnt concentrate on huyz who want to loose or gain weight. he jus tell you do this he cannot come with you help you for doing weightlifting or any other things.they took the good amount of money .and my friends thought he will provide some nitrition powder.
