I feel this review is:
First source company are bad pay masters. The salary they offer even for experienced person is really low .If you are a fresher just for experience probably you can join for couple of months and then leave as with that little experience you will get lot. All my friends who has worked there left in a month or two as they are bad pay masters.When you look at the environment it is not bad the looks are good but if you are not getting paid for what you are doing what is the point.
