Please do not trust https://firstcry.com and shop any expensive products.
I had a shocking and utterly bad experience from FirstCry.
I had bought a product(Smoby battery operated Car) last year shelling Rs, 20, 999/-(Yes 21k!). Once the product was dispatched, FirstCry washed away its hands and whenever I called them stating that the Crank rod is missing(Rod which connects handle to front wheels), they kept on saying they don't have spare-parts, they don't have Smoby dealers in Bangalore etc.
Infact, one of their customer representative went ahead and asked me to get the crank rod manufactured from welding shop!
My question is simple, if you are unable to provide adequate info, unable to sell spare-parts, unable to help customers, then why the hell you sell expensive riders online?
My sincere request to everyone would be NOT to buy any product from FirstCry(specially kids battery operated cars, 4 wheelers etc) wherein you invest huge amount and no proper utilization as you will not get spare-parts.
Smoby is a global brand and you will go mad if you start searching for spare-parts! Better to go to local shops/ stores and get a new car! He will anyway be there to help you!
Please find attached pics of the order and the car. Its lying ideal from last few months now.!
