I have not really faced an issue with the product delivery ON FIRST CRY but if you have an issue AND NEED TO CANCEL OR RETURN AN ITEM - IT IS AMONG THE WORSE!
1.The Return pickup can take days and months(in case you forget to remind them repeatedly) - my return pick up has not happened for 2 months!
The customer care person will say OR PROMISE something and later another person will apologize without GIVING A CONCRETE SOLUTION
They take 48 hours upwards to respond to email!
They informed me to return the item back to the courier and the amount would be refunded -MULTIPLE REMINDERS GIVEN IN MAIL AND PHONE - NO PICK UP DONE TILL DATE!
they should learn from sites like myntra, flipkart, amazon on customer care and support
