I had ordered a product from eBay 3 weeks back and it was shipped via FedEx India. I waited for a week and checked the status in FedEx site, it was showing delivered. I got shocked and followed up with FedEx. Initially they didn't respond well.
Later, they said, they delivered it at another location, by mistake and they are in the process of recovering it from them. By this time they would have started using my product. Its 3 weeks over now. Yet, no proper update from FedEx.
