Hi everyone today I am going to share with you about my personal experience with the FedEx courier services in Hyderabad. Few days back I had ordered the chocolate moulds and compounds from the bakewala website. They used the FedEx courier service to delivery the items to me. Actually the FedEx coruier received the items for dispatching to me. But they delayed for nealry 10 days telling that there is no people to bring . To their customer service is very worst. I called the bakewala regarding the issue they asked the FedEx about this and within one day iteslf I got my things delivered. They need to be pushed dup fro delivering the itmes. So I was disappointed by their service.
