Federal Bank is relatively less known to the customers of North India as the bank basically serves in the south India only. Now they have rapidly growing their branch numbers in North India. I have recently opened a Bank account with the Bank in their Jaipur Branch.
The bank staff is nice and efficient and has all the details. They cooperated me really well as there were very less customer. If you are fed up with the mad crowd and bad attitude of bank staff in Sarkari Banks then you must try federal bank as the bank is very advanced, state of the art and offers many services at absolutely reliable rates. The bank is also suitable for those who have someone serving out of India as the money transfer can be done in minutes.
The only thing which I do not like about the bank is their low presence. we have only 05 branch in whole Rajasthan.
