My Rs.96000 is doomed, so please save yours !!!I had placed an order for featherlite sofa (Model 901-NIAD LHS ) in the month of October 2012. ( OC no AE/OC/363 dated 28th Oct 2012 ) Fully paid.

Bannerghatta Showroom promised to deliver the sofa on 16th of Nov and and never did. What is surprising is that instead of they calling me, I had to follow-up with number of telephone calls and every one including the manager there kept me in dark about when the Sofa is going to be delivered.

The manager promised to Deliver the sofa on 5th of Dec 2012, but the sofa was never delivered.

I called head office to escalate. SOme one from the head office called me back, and assured that the sofa will be delivered in 21st Dec 2012.

Today when I called him to ask for status, he is completely unaware whether they can deliver it or not. ( I had to call 3 times to remind him that he has to call me !! )

Over all experience of working with Featherlite was completely unprofessional and very very bad service.

I completely agree. Bannerghatta road featherlite branch is highly unprofessional and please don't beleive any thing they promise. They are very good at cheating people with false information and promises. I contacted them in the month of february 20...13 and the sales persons there Mr. Jagadish and Mr .Ravi assured me that I can get the model and color of my choice and I need to wait for a month as their factory is currently closed. They had also assured me that it is 100% genuine leather. When we visited the same featherlite branch at Marathalli they informed that genuine leather is used only in areas where we sit and not in all places. They kept on giving false information that they will confirm the model next week and this drama went for two months till now. Finally we understood that there is no point further contacting them and wasting time as they keep parroting the same words that they will get back in a week's time. Please don't waste your valuable time and energy visiting this place and I would like to warn anyone visting this place as the information given by them is totally false on delivery times. quality. True.. My 1.5L is doomed. The leather sofa they delivered is not able to stay for two years. The stitches are torn everywhere and the service is pathetic. Have been requesting for service from past 1 and half years. They get salaries so who cares whe...ther they do work or not. We should boycott featherlite living products. Read More
