I was medical representative at this company.Food drug corporation has head office at Jogeshwari Mumbai.They have strategy of Doing more doctors call and get output of your sale. They give very less sceam over medicine.Managment is also not that of multinational standard.They recruit people from all stream, in pharmaceutical field.means B.com B.A.etc. They give them 7days training a 2years pharmacy course teach in 7 days.They want sales so any person who give them they will recruit.This consept stand with all pharma company.TA and DA provided is also worst.They took fresher because experience worker know this company .If your fresher willing m.r job.They will recruit you.Good for increase your experience.nothing this company provide you.
