I like shopping from Fashion & you but there a few things that I dont like about them. I dont like their return policy in which they will take back the returned goods but will give you your money in the form of store credits. When you use your store credits for shopping & your payable amount is below Rs 750 then you will have to shell out extra shipping charges.
Secondly, they should lower their minimum free shipping amount too. Thirdly, they have the most pathetic filters which dont work at times. Fourthly, the website takes ample time to download & lastly they just provide maximum 2 pictures of a product. They should include more pictures which are clicked from every angle which helps one to decide better. Also, in the long run they can start with something like a try & buy option & get a customer feedback form filled after each order.
These are just a few areas where it needs to improve. As a regular buyer these are the difficulties faced by me and my friends, so hope this review will be taken in a positive spirit by Fashion & You.
