I bought furniture worth around 1 lakh from Fab India Pune (Ishanya Mall) on 15th Jan 2010.
I had ordered
1) A three seater Sofa
2) A single seater Sofa
3) A center table
4) Foot on
5) Foot on bed and covers
6) Sofa covers and Table cloth.
7) Center table Carpet
However, its been almost a month now and I have still not received delivery of the single seater sofa chair. In fact all the deliveries were delayed. Even the sofa and foot on covers were delayed by a week in spite of paying a bomb for stitching charges. They yet don't have any update about the delivery. I have been calling them after every 5 days.The TV unit delivered is cracked and I have complained twice now but no body as visit to check the issue.One leg of the center table is infected with some insect with keeps drilling down wood powder in 3 weeks I already have 4 holes in that leg. Again nobody has attend this complaint.
While fabindia charges a premium for their products there is no value for money and to add salt to our injury even the after sales service is lousy.
