This is a fraud booking platform. We booked hotel 1 month in adv. On day if check in we received a call saying our hotel booking cannot be honoured. Then our ph was shared with a number of people who kept calling us to stay in their hotels at the same price.
Even there call centre / customer care no does not work properly.
Don't use this fraud company instead use booking.com or agoda or make my trip. Atleast you will not be cheated.
