I purchased a karbonn titanium s5 from ezone . It was 7 pm when I reached but the salesperson show me the phones with interest but when I got the item billed and paid via my credit card, they told we are getting late you come tomorrow if u want to see or understand anything. My phone was not showing network and the sales people showed no interest in helping me out .
Then after I tried many options I got network and same thing happened when I purchased sony digital camera from there on dhanteras . They were telling that they will show us demo of camera but as soon as I made the payment they were telling each other to give demo . and ultimately I was left with no demo. I think we shoud not buy electronics items from ezone till we are fully satisfied and bill only after we know that the device is ok and worth buying. Its cheap but online more cheaper available. we buy from stores just to feel the product but if this is the case, I never recommend EZONE.
