Worst service. they take the amount for booking and after 3 to 4 days they tell ust that they cant confirm the booking as rates have hiked. and while booking they talk so sweetly and keep calling 10times a day. and during cancellation they are very rude. complete mistake of their staff as they didnt blocked our holiday package. never book with such idiots. Mr Fahad was the one who booked and took money from us and now they are telling us to pay extra then decided amount. n ya their trips are non refundable. I will definetly teach them a lesson via consumer court soon.
