Ezeego1.com recently had advertised an offer to waive basic fare for any second ticket booked before 15 november 2007 and additional rs 500 voucher from future bazaar.com.
Late september 2007, i booked a ticket and now when i try to redeem my offer on second ticket the website does not allow me. they have removed the link.I tried calling up thier call center no but they are always busy - held the line for more than 1 hour atleast 20 times since last one week but nobody picks the call. then called up their Mumbai registered office, they take my mobile no and promise to call back, but no body turns up.
Now, am afraid of the future bazaar voucher, will it be honoured or not ! So, pls beware before booking, ensure the call center no is working. It is better to book ticket on yatra.com or directly on airline websites
In continuation of the above review, I got a call from the agency and my issue got resolved in 5 hours. Now, I feel this has been a very good forum to address consumer issues.
