We had numerous issues with this organization, which made our experience highly disappointing and frustrating:
False Information During Enrollment: The representative ( Ms Va…ni”) who contacted us provided misleading information to convince us to join the course. She claimed:
We could leave the course anytime if needed.
Classes would have a maximum of 4-5 participants.
The medium of instruction would strictly be English.
However, none of these claims were true.
Once the payment was made, the situation turned out to be completely different:
Classes had over 10 participants, which was far from the promised small group setting.
Many discussions and instructions were conducted in Hindi, despite the assurance that English would be the only medium.
Leaving the course was not an option, as the payment was non-refundable, and the organization showed no flexibility or willingness to address these issues.
The representative who was persistent during the enrollment process—calling even late at night to ensure payment—became completely unresponsive afterward. She stopped answering calls or replying to WhatsApp messages, abandoning us with our concerns once the payment was completed.
After numerous emails to customer care and calls to the main office, we finally managed to reach another representative. While this person initially appeared helpful and reassured us that things would improve, it became clear over time that this was merely to placate us temporarily. There were no meaningful changes to the classes or learning environment that addressed the issues we raised.
The entire experience left my son feeling frustrated and demotivated. He found the classes a waste of time and was unwilling to continue.
This organization needs to show more respect for its customers and handle its responsibilities in a professional manner. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this program to anyone who values their time, money, or their child's educational progress. If these are not priorities for you, this program might meet your expectations. However, for those who expect professionalism and accountability, I would strongly advise exploring other options.
