I have purchased an invatubular battery at a cost of 14500/-. My battery number is exid 1T5003WD315813 . After a period 9 months the connector knob of the battery got melted and on complaint to the dealer the battery knob was repaired and resupplied to me. But after a period of six month the battery was not taking load even though all other factors were ok.
Hence again the complain was raised through the dealer and the dealer has sent the battery for repair. But as I am not at all satisfied with the manufacturing/quality of the battery since my purchase I am persuading the dealer M/s sharma Electrical to replace my battery with a new one. But with out success. Hence I request your good self to go through the matter and replace the battery with a new one.So that I will not have to be harassed repeatedly as usual.
