I went to Mumbai on 3rd December due to some office work so I decided to stay at this hotel I booked a room for 3 days my experience was very bad their service and hotel facility was very bad the people of their staff behave rudely towards me I paid not some money for the room but the room was very bad AC was not working properly in the room the carpet of the room was very dirty the food quality was not good and they only provide Limited dish. the water quality was worst.the taste of the food was very bad they take lots of money for room I was very disappointed by thier service
