No doubt the collection is good in the J.P.Nagar store but they are way behind when it comes to customer service/ delivery/ commitment to customer. We had booked our Dining table ITEM Code: IT00037009 &Sales order no: 1016SO-000000916 on 22nd Aug 2015 and committed date of delivery was 5th September 2015. When asked they comfortably told next week and every time you call it is next week only.
When we booked our order we were definitely pampered and once you pay their response is too bad. Spoke to the senior person Kiran was was bit comfortable and convincing on the QC part but this should have been intimated to us instead customer following up and shouting on all employees. Now we have been intimated that it will be taking 8-10 days. Still waiting.
