Everybody …listen!!!. Review on Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We - The Cranberries

This is yet another biased opinions of mine about my all time favorite bands….n they cant get better. The best part about this album is the name of the album. I just love the bizarre titles, which these people keep, each one outdoing the other. This album can very well boast of having the best ever song by the cranberries “linger”. Now what do I say about this track? If you ever imagined you couldn’t understand English, and then heard this song, you would find it to be a song with amazing vocals, melodious and yet painful. And the lyrics are soulful as well. The other song in this album that no one can ever dislike is “Dreams” which has the typical cranberries feel in it…it is one of the feel good songs, which lends a positive note to it…something like you have company when you are dreaming kind of a thing. The Cranberries remarkable vocalist Dolores O'Riordan defines the band's unique sound and broad. She double tracks her breathless voice (as she does throughout EVERYBODY ELSE...), creating a mournful melodic ambience as the band rises to match her emotional peaks in a tale of a played out love that will not die.
