I have purchased the eurovigil product which are costly compared to local product with an expectation that I will get professional after sale service from a huge brand of Eureka Forbes. Unfortunately they have made everything to spoil the brand name. For an issue I have registered a complaint on 17.9.18 ( service. request no. 2009428194) which was attended by an under quality technician who played for 2 hours like a blind without any corrections made in my security systems and assured me to come back with his senior within a couple of days. But he has not visited. I have again registered the same complaint on 1.10.18 (2009635321) but no one has cared to attend the complaint even after 7 days. Absolutely hopeless...
