I was a big fan of Eureka Forbes. In fact I have purchased so many things from their product lists, including water filters. However after SP Corp selling to Advent. Their after sales services have become pathetic. After giving complaint, their mechanics come after 4-5 days. They worst is, coming after 5 days, they send us a satisfaction code, which we have to give the mechanic. I told the mechanic I am not satisfied, to which he said that if I do not share the code with him, he will not get his service charges...I did not want to penalize the poor mechanic, and I shared the code. But can you imagine the ploy, how Advent is trying to protect their pathetic after sales services...???So if we are unhappy we don't have a scope to give feedback to the company, but share on social media...Great going Eureka Forbes and Advent....
