I had purchased Aqua sure Water purifier for around Oct, 2011. By mistake it fell down and the plastic container got a crack, due to which water was leaking. I tried to replace by paying almost full amount. I tried by various agencies also. Just getting reply no stock. They say, nothing can be done and have to throw away as service is utter poor. Aqua sure simple sell products, but service is very very bad. They do not care about customer grievances.
I suggest not to buy Eureka Forbes products.
