I brought his eureka forbes Aquasure xpert for 21k & eureka forbes took 12 days to install the product on multiple calls to customer care. Its guranteed installation time was within 24hrs.
Then after one week the unit started to leak & stopped working. This time again customer care guaranteed is 24hrs service but they took 144hrs(6 days) to attend the problem.
After this again one week later, unit stopped working & display went out. This time dey tok 5 days to attend the problem.
This did not end & again the unit stopped working & this time dey took 6 days to clear it by replacing all PCBs inside unit.
Every time I had to call atleast 4-5 times to customer care to remind them. Everytime dey wud assure service within a day but never fulfilled it. And one more worst thing abt eureka forbes is dey dont even have their customer care number toll free. We have spend our money on callin their customer care very time wen dey dont respond.
