I am a long time user of bubble top water dispensers and recently decided to re-look at the options and narrowed my search to EurekaForbes Water Purifier Sensa. The product features look nice but the post sales service is pathetic.
The order and money was accepted in advance and its almost 24 days since I booked the product and I still dont have it installed. I tried calling the sales rep who sold me the product and he does not pick up my calls, I emailed the CEO of the Consumer Division Mr. Aslam Karmali. No response, I tweeted on their Twitter handle and Face Book accounts - no response. The only thing left to do is walk into their office and scream at some innocent employee or go to consumer court. I hope I will get this resolved soon, and wont have to resort to this.
My advice to dear customers> please evaluate other water purifier brands to avoid this hassle. Its not worth it. There are other equally good products in the market.
