Be very specific during your procurement of product / services from Aquaguard.
The Helpline is a toothless tiger in the entire system and all they can say is the standard answers, their escalation menas nothing in the entire system.
The Fielf Technicians are the Supreme in the system - bogus closure of service request, non punctuality, false reporting in the system are features that are common and most used tools also. Their entire attitude is'Customer Ka Kiyan Hai'. They will say coming in 10 minutes and will not appear for the entire day and you will find the next day on follow up, the service request is closed.
Beware. Be careful.
The overall response, co ordination and communication has been of extremely poor nature and reflects that the customers are left to fend for themseleves into the hands of the Technicians.'Customer ka kiya hain'.
I also take this opportunity to thanks the entire Services Team - I had heard tales on poor service of Aquaguard but had never experienced, I thank the Sevice Team for recently givng a first hand experience and realisation of the standard of the service actually rendered.
