When I joined Ericsson, it used to be a good company paying good packages to the employees. But now for the last 6-7 months the management it turning it like a nightmare. They are doing cost cuttings like desi companies. Stopped giving the overtime allowances, charging too much for the cab, food, and reducing no. of leaves to be carried forward to next year. Even reduced the onsite allowances as well. So overall company is becoming like a desi company like Wipro, TCS etc.
One who is looking for a better place should better go ahead with any other company instead of Ericsson.
