I purchased Epson L805 1 1/2 years ago. The printer is not working . I called their toll free number and registered a complaint on 7th month, Complaint no: 5084203 . They told me that u r machine is out of warranty and has to pay for the service, I agreed. Today is 01/09/2018. I again called the call center. They say that u r complaint is not closed, still in active therefore have to contact the service center in Hyderabad and gave the number 040 - 23752323. I tried in the number but not getting connected. Again I called then they gave another number 7659050011. Got connected. The person in the other end told me to bring the printer to their office in Ameerpet. I asked them, why you didn't respond to my complaint. She said, we don't know that you needed an onsite check. bring to our office, will rectify and give, disconnected the phone.
