It's not an Hate words from User but an advise to not pick an wrong
I bought this printer from e-commerce site used it for while. it get clogged if u forget to use it more than 5 days then it will sleep where it is until given to service station then again it will do the same
finally the service center told to replace the head. ok, what's the price
*printer head cost 4500 which I bough this printer for 6600*
Left it home after follow ups in customer care and other portals got service manager number then calling to service manager at Chennai.
they reduced the **price to 3600** half the price
later few arguments I got reply that "there is no value for your product after sales"
don't think it won't happened to you. printer head will clogged soon its the poor quality service from epson
