I went with a frn to the Rustomjee branch with a friend. She wanted ti get a hair colour done. It was a nightmare. The colour which came out was completely different plus the application was horrible
She was applying the colour as if she is applying shampoo. PLEASE NEVER GET ANY TREATMENT from FARZANA. she took 8 hours to colour the hair with horrible results. My friend was like super annoyed and she can't even step out of home till the colour fades a little. It is that horrible . N m NOT EXAGGERATING
Also she was behaving as if she is frustrated and moved the client to other place for her convenience against clients wishes
