My experience with EPFO has been positive overall, thanks to the introduction of UAN and online services that have made managing my provident fund account much easier. Checking balances, trasnferring accounts, and filing claims online has reduced the hassele significantly. However I have encountered technical glitches on the EPFO portal, which can be frustrating especially during important transactions like withdrawals or updates. The processing times can also be slower than expected. While EPFO has made great improvement in user experience, there is still room for improvement in terms of reliability and speed of service delivery.
