Elite matrimony cheats and swindles your money . Review on Elitematrimony

The following email ( reproduced some excerpts only) was sent to Elite Matrimony by my wife . we received response that they will extend their services by two more months . who wants such deficient extended service when they failed and cheated for 24 months already. They send Bharat matrimony alliances and term them Elite and charge hefty fees . Bharat matrimony is several times cheaper . most of alliances are not suited to our requirements . They suggested to look for outside our caste or send USA alliances when we clearly said it has to be indian alliances from our caste, many were grooms who were shorter than our daughter or thise who were already engaged . The number of alliances was much much shorter than the originally assured .

They lured and cheated us by suggesting an attractive alliance and shared details only after we paid the fees . Later we realised that the boy was alreasy engaged . so be careful with Elitematrimony otherwise you will lose your valuable hard earned money.

This is regarding my ID No EM396638 paid by me by cheque No 339936 dt 23-04-19 for RS 1, 65000/-.

Initially after we showed interest in your services , Mr Prabhu from Elite Matrimony called us and assured us of best service and sharing alliances from elite class . We were shown by your RM Ms Harika the alliance of one Mr Agneshwar  who was handsome and with good profile by your  and were lured to book with you as you had said that you will share the alliance details only after we book. However after we booked , your RM  informed that his marriage was settled. Later on enquiry we came to know that the engagement of the boy had happened much earlier to our payment of fees and you people cheated us by giving false information just to swindle our money .

.guaranteed that you will send high profile matches  and assured that suitable alliance for our daughter would be finalised the in 3-6 months without fail . We were assured that every week two matches and monthly 8 matches of our community boys will be shared with us  .

However, Initially your RM Satish Sampath started sending all US matches and short height groom alliance despite our specific request not to send us alliances from out side India and despite the fact that my daughter is 5’10” tall .

. However to our surprise she was sharing with us all Bharat matrimony matches which are available at much lesser fees and such alliances cannot be considered elite . Ms.Sanjana was also sending other caste alliances and American matches .In some cases she sent just photos without sharing their profiles . The number of matches were much below the initially assured .

Further for the matches where we had showed interest, your RM did  not connect us to speak with the boy/parents or their representatives. Ms.Sanjana stopped sending alliances in the name of soonya masa after December 12th 2019 . There after she stopped taking our calls .

.Ms. Harika was made incharge and she persuaded us that if we pay 1, 65000/- for Elite Supreme they would send us high profile matches with phone numbers of parents .

.There after you resumed sending matches from 14-3-2020. However, RM Ms Harika was again sending us matches from other castes though we had paid for matches from our community . She had also shared  very few matches with us and that too most of them were from other castes . She again gave Mr Agneshwar’s match and said his earlier engagement broke and promised to connect us with his father which never happened despite our several requests. After Corona lockdown commenced Ms. Harika said that you  are all off in view of corona and stopped sharing matches.

Further She stopped responding to our repeated calls .

When we complained to you, Ms. Saraswati spoke and allotted Ms Sanjana again as our RM . Ms Sanjana again sent us the same matches that were sent to us by Ms Harika and nothing new was shared. When we complained about the same Ms Sanjana and Ms Saraswati  stopped taking our calls. Later when we sent text that we will initiate legal action, Ms. Nalini called and accepted that Ms.Harika sent very few matches and the same would be rectified and matches as agreed would be shared .

. In the end after our repeated calls  Ms Sanjana gave a TN State DySP groom. When we showed interest in the alliance and asked to be connected to them, your people stopped taking calls. When text messages were sent of legal action, you would call and assure of sharing information and connecting to the DySP Groom . However there after till date you people have stopped taking our calls.

Many a times you said server was not working.

.I will initiate legal action against your management and all those involved in the cheating and swindling of our funds.
