I have placed tempered glass(screen protector), back cover and screen guard for my moto g3 through flipkart.I made transaction successful on my order.after 1 day of my successful transaction, My order was shipped by ekart logistics.As usual flipkart sent me tracking number and courier partner details to me to check progress of my order.I tried to check progress of order, but I felt shocked on searching about ekart logistics on google.I thought at that time'every courier company have their own website with own customer support service and It will be easy for me to check progress of my order'.
But after searching on google, ekart is the only courier company that never have their own website and customer support.I really felt afraid at that time as'how to check my order progress'.Later I checked my order progress available only on flipkart.I relaxed at that time on checking my order status.But after reaching my destination, the status of my order shown that "out of delivery area".As courier guys didn't called me regarding this.I tried to reach them by searching their contact details on google.But nothing available. At least, If they inform me on call, what ever it may be I will pick up my order on reaching their hub.Without their intimation my order gets canceled because of their worst service.I never expected this type of service.
