Ekart is a logistics company operated by flipkart. Service of Ekart is not good. I had ordered an item on flipkart(Order ID: OD110284002085575000) which was dispatched through Ekart vide tracking no. FMPP0110637328. This shipment was promised to deliver on 24h September. It had reached to the nearest hub to me on 24th September at 12:13 pm but it was not attempted for delivery. Even today I am not sure when my order will be delivered. Ekart website is very very poor. It doesn't have adequate information of their offices and contact numbers. I am unable to contact their office. They even have not given me exact date of delivery. Very poor service and no proper detail to contact them. I must avoid flipkart because they ship through Ekart and I am not happy with their services. Even flipkart does not reveal contact information of Ekart. I would strongly not recommend Ekart. Their services may be good in other areas but specially in our south gujarat Ekart service is not good. I am not sure even today about delivery of my order.
