Eden Garden is seemed to be world class hotel in Kollam . But In Actual it is a average hotel whose staff is very rude and Not caring to Guests .
It was jan 2016 I was here on business tour . So I planned to stay here for tonight . But we were provided rooms without blankets . Maybe it is mistake but I remind them 3 times but thwy dont respond . o slept without blanket.
Stafff is very rude . As it looks so beautiful But Staff is Not so much Dedicated . it dissapointed me . Wi fi was even not working here .
I ask them to serve me Dosa with Sambhar only .but to charge more they added 2 more dishes .i said that I did not order than they said You should try this dishes too.
This place was nice only in websites only 1 thing I liked here was paintings on walls . It should convert it into Meuseum .
Dont waste your money here hindi proverb impliment here Unchi Dukan feeka pakwan .
