I had ordered a **Mi backup** recently but after going through the review later, I realized this product isn't genuine. So I decided to call back the customer care and cancel the order.
Here started the worst customer care experience ever. I was questioned why I want to cancel the order for which I answered back saying the reviews were not good about the **Genuinity** for which she replied back saying **"You cannot judge products based on the reviews"**. I just answered back saying **there were hardly any good reviews**. "Believe me guys I was actually searching for a good one throughout but could not find any". There was a lot of argument from her end and finally she gave a statement saying **"In that case I cant cancel your Order"** in a rude way which is never expected from a customer executive of any firm.
Unfortunately I could record this call on my end. But later I called back and then she replied the order was canceled and she said it was her voice which sounded rude and she partly agreed on the fact that she did speak in an offensive way.
I have recorded the second call and attached it to this post.
I believe "Customers may forget what you said but they'll never forget how you made them feel. " this is the mantra the customer service needs to follow. And these idiots have no idea about it.
