One of the most underrated and less used e-commerce in India. I have not got any chance to contact their customer service as whatever I bought from ebay was upto the mark. Generally I buy mobile related stuff from ebay like headphones, tampered glass screen, screen guard, cases etc. For tampered glass and/or screen guard always you will find offers like buy 1+ 1, 2+ 1, 3+ 2 etc. I also bought other things like weight machine, anti glare glass at very reasonable cost. So price wise mist time we get some good offers on ebay. Packaging will be asusual nothing great about it. But I feel the delivery time is more when compared to other e-commerce. But here the delivery charges are mostly zero or ok to bear. Whatever products I have offered till now from ebay were reliable though always I will be fearing because the refund process of ebay is not as easy as other e-commerce but never I had to replace or refund anything. The app is very different with very basic UI nothing great about it. One thing is the vendor sometime might call you specially to rate them. Overall a fine experience.
